Ordering is easy
A Standard Delivery charge of £9.99 inc VAT is added to most orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire).
For orders made up of sheet music, cd's and dvd's only, delivery cost is £1.95 per order.
For heavy or bulky orders we reserve the right to amend the shipping charges and will contact you by email to advise any changes in the shipping rates.
Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge will be given before the order is processed.

We deliver your order right away, either First Class via Royal Mail, or Next-Day via Courier. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Guarantee/Warranties: New items come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties - please ask for details.

Faulty Goods: Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 30 days of purchase. After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods will be repaired and returned as quickly as possible free of charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Manager's discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.

Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be reported to ABC Music within 48 hours of purchase/delivery of the goods.

Privacy Policy: ABC Music does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Cancellation Procedure + Returns Policy
All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334), the full text of which may be viewed here. This regulation ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a "cooling off" period of 7 working days during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing or by email contact us . Please note that cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods (all software, CD's DVD's, Videos and books) can not be accepted where the item has been unsealed. Goods ordered specifically to meet a consumers requirements are exempt from these regulations. The consumer will also be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us unless the goods prove to be faulty. Abc Music can arrange for the collection of goods at the customer's expense (UK ONLY), alternatively the customer may choose to return the goods by their own means. Goods being returned from outside the UK must be shipped entirely at the expense of the customer and by
their own means. Abc Music strongly recommend that if returning goods by their own means, that customers use an insured courier service as Abc Music will not be responsible for the goods until they have been checked and signed for. Furthermore, the consumer is under a duty to restore goods to us and to maintain them in the condition in which they were supplied by us. If goods are damaged or not saleable as new, Abc Music reserve the right to seek recompense accordingly.
